Here at Glowside Décor we want you to love your purchase, and we encourage you inspect your purchase upon receiving it. If something isn’t quite right please do contact us immediately. 

We encourage mindful buying, meaning we do not offer "change of mind" exchanges or returns, so please do choose your items carefully.

Please note that all of our trays and candles are handmade with care, which means that slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These natural differences are not considered faults.

Glowside Décor reserves the right to request images of products in the process of a return or exchange.
